How do I pay from Nepal?
By bank transfer or wallet — eSewa or Khalti — to the account shown on the payment screen. Submit the payment reference (a screenshot helps), and our team verifies it to activate your plan. No card required.
What is the Rs 45,000 installation and licence charge?
A one-time charge billed when you start, in addition to the subscription — it covers your initial installation and licence. Ask sales exactly what is included for your business before you commit; it is part of your real first-year cost, which is why we show it in the table above.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 14-day free trial with full access. Trial plans activate immediately without payment, and you only pay when you choose a paid plan.
What happens if I forget to renew?
A reminder banner appears before expiry. If the date passes, a short grace period keeps you working while you arrange payment. After that, access locks to the billing screen — but your data is never deleted, and renewing restores everything.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Upgrade any time. Downgrading works once your usage fits the smaller plan — for example, you cannot move to a plan with fewer companies than you have already created until you reduce usage.
Do I get a VAT invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Every verified payment produces a sequential, VAT-compliant subscription invoice you can view, print or download from your billing history.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until its expiry date. After it lapses your data remains available to export for a period — nothing is deleted the moment you stop paying.
