Choosing a Plan
Udyot is a subscription service: one subscription covers your whole organisation, including every company you run inside it. This guide explains how to choose the plan that fits your business and what each plan includes.
Before you begin
After you register and set up your first company, you will be asked to choose a plan before you can start using the app. You can also review or change your plan any time from Billing in the main menu.
What a plan controls
- Modules: Which parts of Udyot you can use — Accounting, Inventory, HR & Payroll, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more.
- Limits: How many companies and users you can create, and any sales-volume caps.
- Billing term: Monthly, yearly, or lifetime, depending on the plan.
Choosing a plan — step by step
- Open Billing and review the available plans, their prices (in NPR), and what each includes.
- Pick the billing term — monthly or yearly — where the plan offers a choice.
- Select the plan. A free or trial plan activates immediately; a paid plan takes you to payment (see Making a Payment & Activation).
Tips & common questions
Can I upgrade later? Yes — choose a higher plan any time. You cannot downgrade below what you are currently using (for example, to a plan with fewer companies than you have created) until you reduce usage.
Who can change the plan? Only the account owner or an admin can select or change the subscription.
