How to Connect the Attendance Biometric Device (ZKTEco 2000) to the HR Module in Udyot ERP

Steps:

1. First we create an attendance device on HR module Settings>Attendance Device where we need to fill up a form with the device’s serial number and Timezone(minutes) to 345 minutes and other details.

2. Then we move to the device, goto Menu>Comm>Cloud Server Setting. In Cloud Server Setting:

A. Enable server mode to ADMS

B. Then Enable Domain Name. Turn it ON.

C. Then in Server Address, enter adms.udyot.com:80. Leave the rest as it is.

3. Then we go to Comm>Ethernet options if IP address, DNS, and gateway are not set we can enable DHCP, which will auto-generate them, but if they are already pre-filled leave them as it is.

4. We just have to wait then for 10 to 15 minutes and refresh on Udyot Attendance Device>Details Interface where we have to accept the device connection which then will get connected to device.
