Making a Payment and Activation
Udyot uses a simple, transparent manual-payment process: you pay to the published bank or wallet account, tell us the reference, and our team verifies it. Verification is what activates your subscription — there is no card-on-file required.
Paying for a plan — step by step
- Select a paid plan in Billing (see Choosing a Plan).
- Pay using the details shown — bank transfer or wallet (eSewa/Khalti) to the account displayed on the payment screen.
- Submit your payment: Enter the payment reference number and, optionally, upload a screenshot or receipt as proof.
- Wait for verification: Your account is held on a billing screen while our team confirms the payment.
- You’re active: Once verified, your plan is activated, your expiry date is set according to the term, and you get full access.
Free and trial plans
Free and trial plans skip payment and activate immediately, so you can start straight away. A trial sets an expiry date; a free plan may run without one.
Your VAT invoice
When a payment is verified, Udyot can issue a VAT invoice for your subscription, which you can view and print from your billing history — useful for your own books and tax records.
Tips & common questions
What if my payment is rejected? If the reference cannot be matched, you will see the reason and can resubmit with the correct details. Your account stays on the billing screen until a valid payment is verified.
Can I see my past payments? Yes — your billing history lists every payment, its status, and lets you re-download your proof and invoice.
