Financial Ratios Dashboard

The Financial Ratios dashboard reads your books and calculates the key ratios bankers, investors, and auditors look at — so you can understand your company’s financial health without being an accountant.

What it shows

Udyot computes twelve ratios across four groups, each with a plain-language health band (healthy / watch / concern) and the formula used:

  • Liquidity: Current ratio, quick ratio — can you meet short-term obligations?
  • Profitability: Gross margin, net margin, return on assets/equity — how well do you turn sales into profit?
  • Solvency: Debt-to-equity and similar — how much do you rely on borrowing?
  • Efficiency: Receivables and inventory turnover — how fast do you collect and sell?

Using it — step by step

  1. Open Reports → Financial Ratios.
  2. Pick the period (Bikram Sambat dates).
  3. Read the headline cards and the per-ratio explanation cards — each tells you what the number means and whether it is healthy.

Tips & common questions

Where do the numbers come from? Directly from your Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet — so they always match your other reports.
