Employee Self-Service Portal

The Employee Self-Service portal lets your staff help themselves — view payslips, apply for leave, check loan balances, and clock in and out — without going through HR for every request. It reduces HR’s workload and gives employees instant access to their own records.

Before you begin

An admin links each employee record to a user account. Once linked, the employee signs in and sees a personal area at My Workspace (the /me section). Employees only ever see their own data.

What employees can do

  • Payslips: View and download every payslip, with the full earnings and deductions breakdown.
  • Leave: Apply for leave (with balance, half-day, gender/eligibility and overlap checks), and cancel their own pending requests.
  • Loans: See loan balances and repayment schedules.
  • Attendance: Clock in and out, with a live clock and a 30-day history.

Clocking in and out — step by step

  1. Open My Workspace → Attendance.
  2. Tap Clock In at the start of the day — Udyot stamps the time and marks you present.
  3. Tap Clock Out when you finish — Udyot records the time and computes hours worked.

Tips & common questions

What if my account isn’t linked yet? You will see a friendly “not linked” message — ask your administrator to link your employee record to your login.
