Quotations and Public Lead Capture

Capture more business with two tools: quotations you can send to prospects, and a public lead-capture form that turns your website visitors into CRM leads automatically.

Quotations

Create a quotation for a lead or customer with items, prices, and validity. When the customer accepts, convert it into a Sales Order or Sales Invoice without re-entering anything. Quotations keep your pipeline value realistic and your follow-ups organised.

Public lead capture

Turn on public lead capture to get a secure web form you can embed on your own website or share as a link. Every submission becomes a new lead in your CRM — no manual entry.

Setting it up — step by step

  1. Open CRM → Settings → Public Lead Capture and enable it.
  2. Copy the ready-made embed snippet onto your website, or share the form link.
  3. New enquiries (name, organisation, phone, email, message) arrive as leads in your default open stage, tagged “Website Form”.

Built-in anti-spam

The form is rate-limited per visitor, includes a hidden honeypot to silently drop bots, and requires at least a phone or email — so you collect real enquiries, not junk.

Tips & common questions

Can I turn it off or rotate the link? Yes — disable it any time, or rotate the token to retire an old form link.
