Create Receipt with multiple currencies

Receipt with Multi-Currency in Udyot ERP allows users to record money received from customers, clients, or other parties in foreign currencies. Users can select the required currency and apply the applicable exchange rate to convert the receipt amount into the company’s base currency, ensuring accurate recording of the receipt, customer receivable, bank/cash balance, and related accounting entries.

Receipt with multi-currency

1. Select the Account Module

2. Select Vouchers

3. Select Receipt

4. A Receipt page will appear. Click on +

5. The Receipt Registration form will appear

6. Fill in the information

7. Click on Save
