Sales from Multiple Godowns and with Compound Units (different units)

Sales from Multiple Godowns and with Compound Units in Udyot ERP allows users to create a single sales transaction by selecting stock from multiple godowns and selling items using different or compound units. To use this feature, the company must have multiple godowns configured, and the selected product must have compound units configured. It helps manage sales when the required quantity is available across different godowns and supports unit conversions such as Box, Dozen, Piece, Kg, Gram, Litre, or other related units, ensuring accurate quantity, rate, and stock deduction for each godown and item.

Create sales voucher

1. Select the Account Module

2. Select Vouchers

3. Select  Sales

4. A Sales page will appear; click on +

5. The Sales Registration form will appear; select the product item, then select the godown and unit as needed 

6. Fill in the information and

7. Click on Save
