Sales Voucher
Sales Voucher is an accounting voucher used to record the sale of goods or services to a customer. It serves as the official record of a sales transaction and captures details such as the customer, items sold, quantity, rate, taxes, discounts, and the total amount payable.
In Udyot ERP, a Sales Voucher is used to record sales transactions, generate sales invoices, update customer outstanding balances, reduce inventory stock, calculate applicable taxes (such as VAT), and automatically update the sales ledger, inventory records, and financial reports for accurate accounting and inventory management
Create sales voucher
1. Select the Account Module
2. Select Vouchers
3. Select Sales
4. A Sales page will appear
5. Click on +
6. Sales Registration form will appear
8. Fill in the information, scroll down, and
9. Click on Save
